Rooms very clean except issues at one of the bedrooms bathroom had an unpleasant odor coming from the cracked floor broken pipe water puddles. Reported to office stuff. Hoping to get another room. But didn’t according to them the problem was fixed. We also had issues with water temperature. 😔

Me gusto la ubicación y que tiene todo cerca y el desayuno estaba bastante bueno.que debe mejorar?, yo diria que los tour , tiene poca variedad , tuve que ir a otro hotel a buscar un tour que ellos no tenian y no hacian nada por resolver o ayudar por conseguirlo. Que definitivamente no me gusto? Fue que la persona que limpia el cuarto se llevo unos articulos que compre y cuando reclame la persona lo trajo devuelta y diciendo que penso que era basura, cuando los articulos no estaban en el zafacón.

First time in Mexico City and happy that we stayed here. Front desk were always helpful and on standby. Frida and Fabiola helped us out with tour deals, transportation and minor inconveniences. Most def coming back here !

This hotel is not a modern hotel, it is a charming older building that is well kept and clean. Our room, the junior suite, had everything we need for the week we were there. The bathroom was shower only, but i never take a bath in hotels, so i didn't mind. There isn't much counter space, but everything was there and very clean. The kitchen had a table and chairs, a desk, refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, large sink, soap dispenser, but no paper towels. The bedroon had a comfortable bed, 4 pillows, armoir, suitcase rack, television, a nice chandelier and a safe for your valuables. For daily cleaning service you needed to put out a sign or they would not enter your room. Breakfast served daily on the rooftop and at night they have food and drinks available for purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you needed their help. The location is GREAT! There are a couple restaurants outside the door and fresh bakery a just up the street. As soon as you walk out of the hotel, you are in the middle of everything and can walk to the cathedral to the left a couple blocks. There are stores, restaurants, street vendors right outside and you're a five minute walk to the palacio nacional. I absolutely enjoyed our hotel's location and it made our stay in Mexico city amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a charming, not modern, state of the art, hotel.

Very convenient. We were near everything in the centro! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Only change that I would make is that I would have upgraded from a regular suite.

Rooms clean; bathroom too small; no fridge, no windows. It rained and floors were wet at breakfast area and lobby no one mopped. ( not good,I slipped and fell) The staff was great! The food at bar area excellent! Location good!
