I informed VRBO that I had tried to get in touch with owner 4 days before I was to check in and the number was not in service I was told they would contact the owner who would get in touch with me I emailed and called for 4 days. I got back in touch with VRBO who gave me the runaround for hours all night? They told me it would give me 100 and I would have to find my own hotel in the same area. This was an upscale area of Mexico City on a Friday night and I had booked the rooms to the company for four nights. I couldn't get a hotel for one night never mind four nights for what they gave me they canceled reservation and told me that I voluntarily wanted to relocate all night long. I went to round and around in the end they gave me 175 plus my money back still wasn't enough for a hotel. Last night I asked them to find one for me. They came back with a pod that was going to cost me 200 for one night they hung up on me several times. They use tricks like letting me put me on hold for an hour and a half. I was even scolded by someone. She said I didn't understand the situatio

Do not boo! Owner is a scammer and said they were not in the city to let me in and then said that they no longer lived at this place. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent experience

This space is located in a charming area of Mexico City with food and shopping a walk away. Wonderful experience...also great for proximity to world trade center. I was there for a conference and it was an easy ten minute walk on tree lined streets.
