Great location in a new and safe building. Drinkable water and AC in the room were a major plus. Staff was fantastic and rooftop deck was nice. Only knock was the thin glass door didn't do much to quiet the loud city noises.

Modern, clean, and has everything you need. There is security and a receptionist downstairs at all times. The hotel is in a quiet hipster neighborhood- Roma Norte. There are plenty of stores near by. The view from our room and the rooftop were gorgeous! The hotel looks just like the photos.

I told them several times that the refrigerator is very loud and not working. After 2 days they finally sent someone to look at it. But the maintenance worker didn’t know how to fix it so their only solution was that I don’t have a refrigerator. The apartment is showing a lot of use as a short term rental. All the furniture has stains and scratches. Bathroom towels feel like sandpaper. Seems like they have no intention of maintaining anything in this place

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They recently inaugurated their rooftop and certain nights they have a bartender available to mixup your favorite drink. Drinks & a view? Sold! Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t listen to the reviews. This property is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. Horrible room conditions, rude unhelpful service, and loud noisy area. Do not stay here. Avoid at all cost.

The photos don’t necessarily look like the property in person. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit worn down. It is also not explicitly or clearly advertised that there are fees for services such as room service cleaning and receiving fresh towels daily. Other than that, the property management is very kind and accommodating. The location is in close proximity to many great shops, restaurants and other activities.

The staff and location are what make this a worthwhile short rent. All the staff I communicate with spoke English. Didn’t like the code entry for the room. If you are going smart just use an app or other NFC device like a card.
