I had a great stay! The hotel was very responsive, in a fantastic location, and everything was clean. I do wish they offered room cleaning so they could restock supplies but overall, it was a really comfortable and pleasant experience.

Initially, everything was great - great communication, courteous front desk staff - until we discovered several drops of blood on the sheets and one on the bed frame. Since housekeeping was gone for the night, the front desk person did what he could and gave us clean sheets to change the bedding ourselves. Every clean sheet he gave us had a stain. I don’t know if they need better stain remover detergent or better housekeeping staff but either way I’m never staying at any of their properties again. If anyone chooses to stay there, bring earplugs if you need quiet to sleep. It’s on a busy road and we could hear everything - sirens, honking, people yelling, etc.

I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others. It had everything you needed for apartment style living if you are there for a longer stay or even a short one. The gym was great however I do wish they opened earlier than 7am. The rooftop was lovely to just hang out in the evening after a long day. The staff was very attentive and available. The location was excellent - very conveniently located in Roma Norte. A very walkable area with lots of dining and shopping conveniences nearby.

Very nice staff, even though there was language barrier they tried really hard to communicate. They were really polite and also offered accessing the property even after my check out, as my flight was late night. The rooftop is the best place to sit and look at the city. Beautiful.

Overall the stay was good. There were a few things I wish I would have known beforehand so I’m leaving this review to help anyone who is thinking of booking. Rooftop is nice, but fire pits do not operate. Also I thought I would splurge a little and get the large room. Take my advice, go with the small. The rooms only have 1 ac unit no matter how large the room is. The problem is that the AC cannot keep the entire room cold. Also the larger rooms have a balcony that has some type of outdoor AC/fan (not sure what exactly it’s called) that creates heat (and it’s on all the time). You can feel the heat radiating through the glass sliding door. With that being said, we had an issue the first day with our ac unit. We turned it on to cool the apartment when we got there, then left for a couple hours and got back to a puddle of condensation on the floor. The office was helpful and they suggested we turn the AC intensity down and set the temperature higher. This worked ok for a little then it started creating condensation again. The staff was great and moved us into a different room. To my surprise, as soon as a got into the new room there was yet another puddle on the floor waiting for us. With it being late, we ended up just putting a bowl from the kitchen on the floor to catch the condensation and dumped it from day to day. Moral of the story, book the cheaper/smaller rooms. The AC won’t have to work as hard and the entire room will be a consistent temperature.

The staff were attentive and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Was walking distance from the event I was attending and there is a variety of convenience stores and places to eat nearby. Keep in mind that it is on a busy street so it might get quite loud with cars honking but overall I had a great stay.

This property was clean, quiet and had amazing views. Beautiful sunset waking up and gorgeous sunset views everyday. The rooftop was quiet and peaceful and a beautiful place for great pictures. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants bars and grocery. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and appreciated the kind, helpful staff.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The bathroom was not stocked with sufficient toilet paper—only two rolls were provided for a four-day stay, which wasn’t adequate. Additionally, the garbage was not collected at any point during my visit. Addressing these small issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

I loved this hotel. It has a stunning view, rooftop space, and our room had a fully functioning kitchen with dishes so it felt like an entire apartment. My only negative comment - if you don't handle noise well then this is not the hotel for you. There is constant honking all night long and you can hear it through the windows very clearly. It didn't bother me or the people I traveled with but something to note!

I loved it! Price value is definitely a 5/5. Great location, great apartment with amazing views and friendly staff. They need to do better with touch ups and room details that are very easy and cheap to take care of. If you have a maintenance team, get them to work! Other than that. Everything was perfect
