The hotel failed to notify me there was a teacher strike going on directly in front of the establishment and surrounding areas. Thousands of tents were setup preventing my family from enjoying the hotels surroundings. I have two toddlers the ages of 2 and 3 and I had to walk at night through poor street conditions alone. Because we could not access the front of the hotel, my husband had to return our car to the airport due to no parking. Resulting in my family missing our dinner reservation at the rooftop restaurant. The only next available time for dinner was at 8:30pm… 2hrs later which led to both my daughters falling asleep at the table. I believe I should have been notified by the establishment prior to my arrival allowing me to make certain accommodations.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y la verdad que el servicio que ofrecen es de Calidad A. Fuimos 6 personas en tres habayicacines diferentes, uno de los Miembros del grupo se enfermó y la verdad que todo el team del hotel se portó un 100. Desde el chef en la cocina que se encargó de preparar lo ordenado por el doctor hasta las de recepción que siempre estuvieron a colaborar con lo que se necesitaba. Muy recomendado.

Incredible property with a fabulous rooptop restaurant. Located right in the historic center of the city. Great breakfast included and a 24 hr cafe on site. The staff are fantastic! Every single one goes above and beyond! They are so helpful and accommodating. Thank you to Raul, Vinnaey, Fernanda and Antonio, Marcella to mention just a handful of people. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!
