“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“Unique and nice place. Would stay again. Great food. Friendly staff. Some things a little outdated although you could say that’s part of the vibe. Biggest complaint: room door has a light directly in front of it that does not turn off. And no blind to cover the window. Was extremely bright at night. “We were booked in an Executive Room, however, due to an accident happened in the hotel (flooding in 3rd floor) they arranged us to their sister hotel under the same group. However, the new hotel was far from the central area where the original one just right next to the mall. Moreover, they put us in standard room instead of the Executive Room as I booked. In addition, they just booked us in the replaced one for one night and ask us to back to the original one the next day... it is really……
