The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati……

“This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Italy. The apartment is clean, beautifully simplistic and functional, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and communicating with the staff was easy and enjoyable.
