“Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable.”

“This Trip was not such a pleasant one and it was made terrible by this hotel. All false advertising. There was a pool Advertised which was what my kids were looking forward to. But they only informed us when we checked in already that there was. Pool and now it's in disarray and has not been repaired..no security only on the ground level and outsiders easily walk in and out of the plAce. Delapidated facilities. And made worse by the smell of raw sewage seeping thru the floors. ”

“I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)”
