“Within a two hour radius of this property, you can visit many interesting and beautiful sites. The property description and pictures are spot on. It was cold while we were there and we feared that the school house would be drafty. No worries --- we were very comfortable inside and didn't notice the need for jackets until walking out the front door. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.”

“3 adults -long weekend- just right - could walk to state park beach or very short drive and also close to convenient grocery store or market. only a few more mins to downtown Petoskey gaslight shopping district and marina/park. Property mgt was communicative clear and responsive- comfortable and relaxed atmosphere- you do hear busy traffic noise close to Petoskey harbor drive when out in the deck but that was a small concern to be so close to everything ”

“My mom and I had a great stay with her Boston terrier. This place is beautifully remodeled and I would not have changed a thing. We knew it was on the second floor but my mom is disabled and has limited mobility. We would’ve asked for special accommodations to use the elevator if we had known it existed ahead of time. She struggled with the stairs. Other than that, highly recommended!”

“I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids. ”

“We had an amazing stay in this new condo. Perks, it come with garage and a boat slip. The location is convenient to other town. Easy check-in! The kitchen also equip with basic necessities. You do need want to bring extra trash bag and paper towel if you plan to use the kitchen more. All bathrooms come with enough towels! It also come with 2 bikes for you to use. The only improvement is communication. Might want to call or text host directly instead of Vrbo messaging. Host mighy take some time……
