“Although I had stayed at this location before and had an idea of what to expect it was not the conventional hotel having self check in. However parking was always a problem as my "assigned spot" was always taken. Also the bathroom faucets for the tub and shower were not really attached to the wall or very loose. However, they did comp me 2 days due to the inconvenience for my next visit.”

“Great location, spacious, and clean accommodations! It was a little difficult to find and get into the room. The access key to the building didn’t work which made it tricky to get in and out. When we checked in, the person at the front desk tried to charge us $200 more dollars for a building fee. We didn’t pay though. The owner of the place was great to work with. The management of the building was not super helpful. ”

“Beautiful location in central South Beach. Gorgeous patio with a beautiful view of the ocean and great people watching. The only issues I had with the property was there was a couch wrapped in plastic in our dining area the entire stay, and no couch for sitting. Apparently the incorrect couch was delivered so we had no couch to sit on, only the dining room chairs, and the bed. Communication with the host was OK. We were told the couch would be removed during the stay and a new one delivered,……

“Very nice location across from the beach, and in the middle of the South Beach District. walking distance to most restaurants, shops and across the street from the Strand. since the alley is next to the place, the noise levels were amplified from door closures, trash can pick ups and some of the local bar music. Fairly clean and had all amenities needed, fridge, stove microwave… the bathroom needs a proper shower stall… however the tub shower worked.”
