This hotel was great and in prime location from our cruise terminal and accessible to our concert at Bayfront Park. It was also walking distance from quite a few restaurants. It’s Small but efficient. It was also a smart hotel ( app or ipad) to control lights, tv, blinds and temperature. I loved that it had a night mode that blacked out everything and put a zen ( white noise type) of sound on the tv as well. The rooftop bar and pool were also cool. We had a problem when we came in Sunday night and our blinds wouldn’t go down. We called the front desk, but they weren’t able to assist which is as quite disappointing! I asked if she could reset it or walk is through some trouble shooting techniques and she said, “ no, there’s no maintenance available after midnight ??? This was so frustrating and upsetting as I am ADA and we were in an accessible room and things HAD been good prior to this..Who can sleep with blinds and curtains up showing other hotel windows , high-rise buildings, lights from other buildings as well as street lights and all other outdoor elements of Brickell area!!
