Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour.

My husband and I stayed in this place for 6 nights. It is good place to stay. Staff is friendly, room is clean and comfortable and hotel is next to the ocean.Specially I like about this place there is kitchen. It makes easy to start your day with coffee and breakfast.

I liked the place around hotel , but inside the room , you can heard all the noise from other rooms, you can heard people fighting in upper levels, baby crying, everything..

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some serious upgrading. The 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and mildew the entire time we were there. The pool was nice, they give you free towels and beach chairs. Was there 4/30-5/2/2025 and there was construction next door which is quite loud during the day. The pool closes at 7 so there is not much to do around the property.

For the price, the property is really outdated. It looks more like a hospital. The pictures show a remodeled room, but mine was not like that. Staff was outstanding and very courteous. You are really paying for location but please keep in mind there is construction and it is hard to get in and out of that street during the day.

The property is extremely old and very dirty. It is not possible to verify this in the photos included here. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the bed linen was dirty and had lots of hair on it. We left because we were with two children. There is no parking, and they do not even help with baggage retrieval. I want a refund of the amount paid and I will assist in a legal action.

The property is dated and in need of some refreshing. The room we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchenette with dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, stovetop, microwave and seating area was a bonus. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were rough. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with the toilet but it was fixed within 10 minutes. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive. Proximity to the beach was amazing and it was nice to have two beach chairs each day that came with the room. The location of the hotel itself to various restaurants was also ideal. We walked to several local restaurants and had great food and experiences.

The property is located in a very convenient location and accessible by Miami Beach trolley. Overall a pleasant experience. However when we checked in the hotel was not full and upgrade could have been provided to a room facing the ocean without a fee.
