not very comfortable and clean especially is noisy
and the check office will not refund your deposit........

When I arrived in this hotel from a taxi, I was told that the this location has been converted to a COVID treatment center for months. This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience.

L’hotel era chiuso e non ha nemmeno avvisato o cancellato la prenotazione. È stato trasformato in Covid hotel. Il problema è che poteva avvisare i cancellare la prenotazione invece mi sono trovato davanti a hotel e non mi hanno fatto entrare rimanendo in mezzo alla strada con i bagagli. Inoltre i prezzi degli altri alloggi erano il quadruplo e nemmeno Expedia ha saputo aiutarmi dicendo in sostanza di arrangiarmi

Inadequate staff. One gentleman was running around working hard but one person is not adequate to manage the property. Issue with vagrants on property. Lock on door broken from what appears a break-in at an earlier date. Toilet paper holder and towel bars broken. Furniture in terrible shape. No cable tv. No amenities. On positive note, sheets, towels, bathroom all were clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed in 229 and the room was not clean. The walls all around had stains and dirt marks all over. the door has footprints on it and so did other places around the room. The furniture had a sticky surface, the bed did not smell or look clean. The shower had hairs on it, and overall it just didn't smell clean either. I think this place needs to put some work into their maintenance even though it was the most affordable we could find doesn't mean we should get a nasty room. The boogers on the bathroom wall really weren't acceptable. To be honest with anyone reading this, the picture they provide for this "hotel" that is more of a motel looks absolutely nothing like it is in person.

The place doesn’t look like the pictures at all this is a “motel” with the price of a hotel
They didn’t have towels, shower area doesn’t have a door and the shower curtain is glass so everyone will see you naked if you are with more people
I won’t stay there again

Uncomfortable, stiff bed, very thin and inadequate blanket, AC unit seemed to only blow freezing cold or nothing at all. Most of the furnishings were nice enough, but they're new things in an otherwise underwhelming room. Night manager was strangely defensive - all I said was "I'd like to check in" and he started going on and on totally unprompted about how a previous guest took one look at their room and canceled their stay, and how people shouldn't expect 5-star stays at these prices. Guess he's not wrong.
