this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s more like a low-budget hostel with extremely rude employees. One particular staff member a woman, possibly Cuban or Venezuelan with a very strong English accent, with mixed red hair was especially unpleasant and clearly unfit for customer service.
The hotel has only one elevator, which is shared by both guests and employees, making wait times unbearably long. Despite charging five-star hotel prices, the service is barely one-star quality.
Another major issue is flooding. When I stayed there, heavy rain caused water levels outside the hotel to rise up to my knees for hours.
The rooms are poorly equipped no closet, just a TV and a bed. The bathroom reeked of Clorox, and security is practically nonexistent since they don’t monitor who comes in or out of the hotel.
To make matters worse, the restaurant in the main lobby blasts loud music all day and night, making it impossible to relax.
I would never stay here again, not even for free.
