The house features a saltwater pool that is much gentler on the skin compared to traditional chlorine pools. We installed the saltwater system because it avoids itchy skin conditions for young kids
FOR CRUISER-GOERS:
The house is located 15 minutes away from the Port of Miami. That’s one of the reasons why we bought the house, actually. We just went on our latest cruise a couple of months ago.
FOR BOATERS:
The house has a boat dock that can accommodate up to a 40-foot boat. If you would like to arrange for a boat to dock, contact us to make arrangements.
FOR KAYAKERS AND PADDLE BOARDERS: We are avid lovers of water sports and keep kayaks and a paddle board at the house. Arrangements can me made to use them for a small fee (because we have to send some over to get them out of storage and prepared for you).
FOR PARENTS WITH KIDS:
The house is located 10 minutes away from the awesome Pirate Park Playground right on Miami Beach and 7 minutes from Miami Shores Tot Lot Playground. Both are excellent. There are small playgrounds that are walkable from the house.
Because we have two young children, the house is well-equipped. In the kids closet we keep a portable baby bassinet, two pack 'n play cribs, a booster seat, a toddler toilet seat + ladder, and more.
