Firstly, I want to express how Expedia mislead the advertising of this place. The pictures of the hotel and the reality absolutely didn’t match at all.
We arrived around midnight, it said 24/7 check in, I emailed to the hotel a week before my arrival just to make sure if 24/7 check in is true, then had to ask my friend in Miami to call them and verify that. As soon as we arrived the front desk lady wasn’t happy at all to see us, we paid the deposit of $100 and the fee of $200 which was shown previously (but honestly have no idea why they even charge that) we asked for a glass of water and we’ve been told to buy in a store - we just arrived and we do not know the area and it was midnight, so they managed to give us 2 glasses of water. Secondly, as soon as we checked in the room under the bed was all covered in dust, a small refrigerator in the room was so noisy that we had to sleep with it somehow, towels they provide only when you bring dirty towels back to the front desk. THE HAIR DRYER ONLY ONE FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL. You have to go down and give your ID to get the hair dryer and bring it back, gladly we had a friend there in town from whom we borrowed a hair dryer. Underneath of the bed sheet was covered with a plastic, I don’t know why. The included breakfast which shown in Expedia and also as the manager of the hotel informed was from 8:30am till 10:30, does not work at specific time, I was yelled at 8:40 am why am I having a tea if the breakfast is not ready.
