We asked the staff for help in a very friendly manner, yet we were treated with a very poor attitude and no sincere apology was made to us. Everything seemed to be OK until they gave us our room and we walked in on somebody else sleeping and then was sent to another room where the hot water didn’t work so then we were sent to another room and was not discounted anything. We didn’t ask for it, but thought that would’ve been the gesture after going through what we went through so late at night. I was super glued to the Sheraton, folks. I chilled here before jetting off to Jamaica. And let me tell you, when I arrived and saw how close it was to the airport, I was sold. The casino was just a hop, skip, and a 5-minute Uber ride away, and there was even a shopping center across the street. I was in absolute heaven. The food at the hotel was so good I didn't even need to eat out, and the prices were super reasonable. And can we talk about the club lounge access? Totally worth the extra 30 bucks. I enjoyed every second of my stay. I'll dish out the deets on part two of my stay when I get back from Jamaica. I cancelled my booking at another hotel and rebooked here. For me, it's not about luxury, it's about the little things, like having cotton balls, mouthwash, and shaving cream on hand, because let's face it, I'm a bit of a scatterbrain and left my girlie bag at home. The picture I uploaded is of the construction site of the David Beckham's Miami Freedom Park (opens in 2026)… hint hint to the soccer/futball

I did not like the service you could not marijuana after 10:00 p.m. tried ordering room service a call was never answered but I did like that they had a shuttle to and from the airport, the rooms are clean and fairly large.

Check in was a breeze. The clerk (Fabiola?) was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very dated, but clean. The airconditioning system was noisy; we had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast in the restaurant: I ordered a toasted English muffin (from the menu). No muffins. Ok a croissant. The waiter comes back to inform me they only have jam filled croissants. Whatever. They tasted like the mediocer ones you buy from the grocery store in a round tin. At least the coffee and the bacon was good. And the waiter was a delight.

The shuttle driver was proactive and polite to the hotel. Check in was faultless, reception staff very polite. Room was clean and tidy. After a 9hr + flight, the heated pool was a godsend. Bar service was prompt. The shuttle driver next morning went out of his way to assist us at MIA.

We arrived early because we were returning from a cruise. We decided to come to the hotel and leave our luggage while we went to see a game. There’s a young man that works the front desk. This was our second encounter with him. He proceeded to immediately tell me “We don’t have any rooms to check you in. You’re early.” I never asked to check in. I wanted to ask where is the room that the luggage are kept and how I can check it in. The last time we were here on May 10 he also was very rude. He has no people personality or manners. She needs to go back to school and take a hospitality class. We just got off of cruise were team members with less education than him No more about dealing with the public then he does. I wanted to catch his name, but he had no name tag, and when I got back from the game, he was already gone. .

I will never stay at this location again. You were understaffed, and the staff was extremely rude. This location seemed to be overbooked. There was no place for people to go. It was a perfect storm: too many guests, not enough seats, not enough vans for transporting passengers, and not enough patience. The ideal storm showed the imperfect staff. The cafe staff was kind and very helpful. But it was a terrible front desk experience that was not worthy of the brand.
