Very kind staff, very clean, very comfortable. Receptionists and bartenders were amazing. No issues with my room. However, I felt uncomfortable being there. I don’t think I will ever go back. After being there for 3 days staff came to me and checked my phone for my room confirmation because someone in front office said I was trespassing as if because I was black I was not supposed to be there

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. You can tell the team really cares about the guest experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean and pleasant place to stay.

The staff here are incredible, and I had such a fabulous time with my fiancé for our first time on vacation together in Miami. We already miss the Sonder and loved the restaurant which has incredible coffee and breakfast (I highly recommend the avocado toast). The room was spacious and relaxing, and it was always nice sightseeing and then going back to the hotel to unwind at the beautiful pool.

I loved this property! It’s a beautiful courtyard with a pool. There are four building within the courtyard which make-up the hotel. I love s the location, an easy walk to the beach and Ocean Ave. There are some wonderful restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. I will definitely stat here again!

Convient location, only a couple blocks from the beach. Quiter and safer than many other places I have stayed at in South Beach. Very nice pool and spacious outdoor area with lots of chairs and tables. Water/Ice stations in each building were a nice plus. Room itself was good, average size and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor housekeeping. Booked a 6 night stay at this hotel, requested for housekeeping on my second night of stay for the following day. Housekeeping came on the THIRD day after I put in a request. Horrible. Went to the front desk to inquire about the situation, and all they did was offer me clean towels. Will not be coming back due to lack of cleanliness.

This place is at an amazing place if you want to stay on Miami beach. I loved the pool area and how clean it was! They give you towels too for the pool and for the beach, which was very convenient. I didn’t get a cleaning service for 3 days since they have a booking system for it and my request was behind the existing queue. Definitely need more cleaning staff. Another thing missing was the exhaust fan in the restroom. I had to open the bathroom door every-time I felt like it needs fresh air, which is not always convenient.
