This is a very bad accommodation experience. We booked three nights without room cleaning service. The room facilities are old and there is almost no sound insulation. The room next door is very noisy. There are only two bottles of water in the room. We stayed for three days and needed more water, but we were charged extra. In short, this is a very bad experience. I hope everyone will not be deceived.

I loved that the room was super clean and the bed was super comfortable! I didn’t like that we asked SEVERAL times for a QR code that goes on the fridge for the prices of the snacks they have, and they NEVER got back to us about it, we left and that was never resolved … also one of the front desk guys was rude to me when asking a simple question. The outside of the hotel looks super sketchy and in a bad neighborhood. Also no elevator!!! Wouldn’t go back !

So not impressed with this hotel! There’s no elevator so if you are traveling with luggage, don’t stay here! The staff doesn’t help you up the two flights of stairs with your luggage. And the TV doesn’t even work!

This hotel does not have an elevator. It was inconvenient to lug or luggage up the stairs. Staff is not at the front desk on a regular basis. It's very hit or miss. The location is sketchy. I paid Expedia extra to allow cancelation. I tried to cancel months ahead of my reservation, but the hotel would not honor it even after Expedia reached out. I do not recommend this hotel.

Mit Befürchtungen fuhr ich in das Hotel, welches von einigen Gästen sehr schlecht bewertet wurde,und ich kann sagen,ich würde sehr angenehm überrascht. Der Portier war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Allerdings liegt das Hotel etwas versteckt,denn sogar der Taxifahrer hatte Mühe,es zu finden .Er hatte aber auch kein Navi.

Although in a questionable area, I would definitely stay agian. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and downtown Miami. Public transportation is only a few blocks away and within walking distance. The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly and courteous, and most importantly the hotel was overall very clean. I was able to take public transportation from the airport, as well as to the cruise terminal. I give this place high marks and would definitely stay again.

This is a cute hotel in a slightly sketchy part of Miami. The staff is very friendly. The room was small but had everything we needed. The pillows were fat and difficult to sleep on. The parking was around the back if the building with no access to it other than the front door.

I needed a hotel for the night before my cruise and I'm so glad that I chose this hotel. The outside of the building is not great but once you step inside its beautifully decorated. My flight the day of arrival was supposed to get in at 6:30 but was delayed twice. I called the hotel to let them know that I was delayed and asked what I could do incase I miss check in which ends at 11pm. Kevin was so great. He explained the self check in process and even though I was having issues with the airport wifi and it took several tries before i was able to sign the self check in agreement and send it back, he stayed with me theough the end. My flight finally landed in Miami just before midnight, needless to say, Kevin
