This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. First of all, you absolutely need to post on your listings that you cater to the Jewish community! This is a must! Why is this important? Because this hotel has many rules that are Jewish faith focused, for example, elevators do not work during "shabbat" which is Friday- Saturday, designated swimming hours for men and women, and special bathing tools in the bathroom. This was never disclosed. Additionally, my husband and I were trying to console my son around 9:30/10pm and our neighbor hit the wall very loudly multiple times because we were being "loud". We were simply being normal and speaking in a normal tone, but I believe that the strictness of the guest's religion caused this person to act out and then scare my entire family. Here is a list of additional opportunities for this hotel:
-No hot water in the shower
- Carpet very dirty and stained
- Cannot adjust thermostat, was freezing entire stay
- In the Expedia listing, it states that the water bottles in the room are part of the resort fees, however when you get there, the bottles state they are $8 additional
The only thing that went well was that the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
