We recently stayed at Elsa Hotel in Brickell for a quick overnight visit while attending an event at Bayfront. The hotel itself was immaculate super clean and modern, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff was excellent friendly, professional, and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay.
However, the valet service was extremely disappointing, especially considering the $75 per night valet fee. We waited an entire hour to get our vehicle back, which is completely unacceptable. It wasn’t until we spoke up and made it clear we had been waiting outside for over an hour that anyone acted with urgency. Even then, both the manager, Rafael, and the valet supervisor were nonchalant and showed little concern or accountability. Their attitude gave the impression that they simply didn’t care, despite the premium fee we paid for service.
The valet experience left a sour taste after what could have been a great stay. If Elsa Hotel wants to uphold a luxury standard, they definitely need to retrain or reevaluate their valet team and management response.
