I came here a few years ago and felt pretty good, but this time the experience was too bad. The noise of the air conditioner was so bad that I couldn't sleep, and the sound insulation was poor. I could hear the conversation in the next room, and the restroom fan was broken. won't come back here any more!!!!

The issue is that this hotel is constantly being used for arrivals and departures for the cruises and to have ONLY ONE elevator working was unacceptable. Especially when everyone has luggage. This is also a safety hazard for persons that are handicapped because they couldn't use the stairs. We waited for 5 elevator stops that were completely full before we could shove our luggage on and then walk down 10 floors to retrieve it to leave on our cruise.

The staff at the property were nice especially Nelson whom worked in the Grill Restuarant a the property, they only had one elevator working which held up a lot of time, its a 12 story building. The hotel is located in the perfect location, The Bayside Market was across the street which is family oriented, had many restaurants, shopping and a night life!! There is a food truck located across the street from the hotel and the food is delicious especially the Lamb chops!!

Excellent location and the bed was comfortable. However, the concierge was rude and not helpful, the elevator is out of service (our room was on the 9th floor). Our room window was extremely small and faced a wall, and our room is the size of a shoebox and the AC barely works. Thankfully we are only here for one night. Not worth the price we paid.

There was only one entrance available to enter and exit. The other was roped off. The elevator was down and being used mostly by the cleaning staff. The first night of our stay the toilet seat was peeling. The last night I stayed there and the tub wasn’t cleaned and there was a dirty ring around the tub.We ran out of toilet paper and was told there was no one on stay to bring it to our room. I was told by the concierge that since my reservation was through Expedia that I was not eligible for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel

The elevator didn’t work so we carried luggage up and down 16 floors. The staff was ridiculous. The place smelled terrible and was a complete dump!! The room had smudges on the mirror smelled extremely musty and I didn’t want to walk around barefoot. I would never waste my money staying here ever again. I guess the only good thing was I got my exercise in going up and down! Completely dump!!!!!’

Bonjour, l'hotel est hyper bien situé, par contre il manque très peu pour ameliorer les chambres, par exemple mettre 2 crochets derrière la porte de la salle de bain permettrait d'y accrocher les vêtements, ainsi qu'une planche sous la vasque pour y poser sa trousse de toilette. Le contour de la porte etait rouillé ainsi que la baignoire. En arrivant la tv ne fonctionnait pas et il nous a ete simplement dit que "tout le monde dort donc quelqu'un viendra demain" sans 1 excuse.... mais heureusement tout le personnel n'est pas pareil.

Got here early on a Monday morning. Javier (and the lovely lady who's name I didn't see on the name tag because I'm blind) allowed us to drop off our luggage and go explore. They were very kind and efficient. When we finally returned after half a day out, check in was seamless and we even got vouchers for the bar downstairs. Bar was great and bathrooms downstairs were clean (this is something important to me). The room was wonderful and clean! Not just clean, but CLEAN to my crazy standards. The location is absolutely unbeatable. When I checked reviews before booking I saw people whining about the elevators. I'm a smoker and was watching a hockey game that night. I was down and up every 35 min or so for several hours and had absolutely no problems. No issues even during busier hours. This hotel is wonderful and I hope to stay here again.
