The room was very nice with modern fixtures and lightings. Loved the adjustable bed. Felt very safe with key less access system.Self check in/out option was so quick, easy and efficient. What I didnt like was we spent 3 nights and the buffet breakfast was the same daily, felt there could more variety for a first class/ VIP hotel.

I called the property before arrival to let them know I would be arriving late due to my flight being delayed 3 hours. I was told the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day so not to worry. I got there around 1 am & there is no one at the front desk. I was traveling alone & just standing outside. I didn’t feel safe. I called the number again & they had to call whoever was supposed to be at the desk. They finally showed up after a few minutes. Then the next morning at breakfast I asked the waitress for a menu and a coffee. She brought me a coffee and she literally didn’t come back to take my order for an hour. At that point I didn’t want to eat anything. AND it’s not that they were even busy, I assume she just didn’t want to serve me. I CAN NOT recommend this place.

The staff were rushed and not helpful at all. The Lobby was loud and I was actually kicked out of the lobby at 5:00 am by security for waiting for the coffee shop across the street to open. No coffee in the rooms and not what we expected. We had no idea the shower stall and bathroom were in enclosed brushed glass. This was a little shocking to us. Although it was a unique hotel and close to Port Miami, I'm not sure i I would book this again.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. I just did not like that. I only got two towels. No hand towels and no towel to put down on the floor to keep from slipping out of the shower. So really I only had one towel because the second one I had to use as a rug. Staff was excellent service was excellent. I stayed a very short time, but the towel thing really frustrated me. The beds were very comfortable, but the sheets could be softer. They give you a bag with a beach towel but charge $15 each.

Great stay! The beds were uncomfortable and cheap feeling sheets, and the bathroom/shower is literally built into your room, no separation… but great property, good security, close to many restaurants and attractions, and excellent staff!

My review is based on very limited time spent here since our flight was delayed so we were unable to use any amenities. We arrived at the property around 11:30pm and checked out around 10am. The room was smaller than what you get at other hotels. The toilet flusher (while functional) was broken as was the door latch leading to the toilet area. The bed looked like a sofa bed however it did have a mechanical component that raised the head of the bed so you could lounge and watch TV. That feature was nice but the bed itself wasn't very comfortable. There's no carpet or sound proofing for the rooms so anyone going in and out of their rooms closing doors or walking in the halls wearing heels or wheeling suitcases echoed which made for disrupted sleep. Interaction with the staff was minimal since there's a kiosk that you use to check yourself in and out. I did order a coffee in the morning from the bar in the lobby... that ended up wrong. I ordered a vanilla latte. The bartender informed me he had no vanilla but had caramel or hazelnut. I said caramel was fine and he made an iced caramel latte. Since my Lyft was due to arrive any minute, I just went with it because it would have taken too long to fix. One thing to note, I didn't observe it myself, but my husband said he thought he saw a couple of prostitutes in the lobby when we checked in. However, we did not confirm with them if that was their profession.
