“Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, very spacious first floor. Convenient to University of Dayton. Only one bathroom upstairs but very spacious and clean.The stairs are a bit steep but other than that very comfortable and cozy with good amenities. Would definitely stay again.”

“The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in……
