“The place was clean, cozy, and there was an excellent restaurant right across the street. Great value, as well. Also, close to the hospital, university, restaurants, and downtown. I will stay there again if I am ever back in Dayton.”

“For the cost of a hotel stay, it was nice to have the separate (2) bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and even a balcony. That said, I was baffled by having no ac in the bedrooms. The living area was plenty cool, but it was hot in the sleeping areas. It was only made worse when a family member used the washer and dryer, which seems to vent all its heat into the back bedroom. The unit was mostly clean, but the coffee maker needs descaling, the bathroom could use a new shower curtain liner and……
