“Hotel room was clean. The main complaint I had was the toilet never stopped running and the wakman at the front desk when i checked in didn't really seem to know what she was doing. She kept trying to charge my card for the room stay even though i had already been charged. I had to show he my credit card statement and my receipt from hotels.com for her to stop. “The location was good and convenient. Close to the highway. Restaurants also near by. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The room also had a kitchen and pullout couch. “Really nice, new, artsy hotel. Stayed here with family on a short trip to see the Cincincinatti Zoo. Staff was nice, rooms were very clean, parking was free, and there’s a food hall right next door with great dining options. I was surprised at how few guests were there. So, if you’re looking to book a big function, I’d bet they’d be able to accommodate. Seems like it would be a cool place for a wedding reception. ”

“We found the location very convenient. There’s a lot to do surrounding the hotel. The free breakfast was good, our room was very clean. The staff was delightful and very helpful. We were helped by Peta-Gay during our stay and she always had a smile and was very helpful. ”
