“Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger.”

“Das Haus war wunderschön, die Kommunikation war schnell, es liegt in einem Dorf, man muss also den Einkauf im Voraus planen, aber wir hatten eine schöne Zeit als Familie. Wir empfehlen es denen, die als Familie kommen.”

“Very nice renovated house in the countryside, about 3,5km from the village of Casaprota. It is clean an beautiful, with great views to the valley, the surrounding hills and olive groves. The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. The pool is not deep but refreshing: it only needs refilling sometimes even if you have moved the water a bit by swimming. We did that because they threat to have……

We received suggestions about activities and restaurants, and Livia, Tiziana and Ferruccio have been incredibly available for any concern we had. “Das Haus ist für Familien gut geeignet. Der Pool ist super. In der Küche fehlt ein Gefrierschrank. Die Zusatzkosten für Gas/Strom etc. waren recht hoch. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The views are spectacular and it's very easy to get to from Rome. It's a great base for exploring the hills and even in November we could sit on the balcony in the sun. The village has a lovely bakery and good restaurants.”
