“Love this place…clean, nice neighborhood, well appointed ”

“This was such a fabulous house, beautifully renovated and super clean. David’s communication was excellent. It was the most well appointed house I have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was there from coffee (exceptional offerings) to personal care amenities. We were visiting FSU for a tour and it was easily walkable. The game room was appreciated by my boys. I only wish we would have had more time to spend at the house. Hopefully we will be back!”

“The house is a a 3-bedroom with an attached studio apartment, so 4 total bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Had plenty of room for th whole family and 3 full bathrooms. Very nice.”

“The home is on a main road...however, when inside you do not hear the noise from traffic. It was very clean, and had everything that we needed for a weekend stay. Bonus for a fenced in back yard for your pets. I would stay here again for sure.”

I had accidently booked wrong dates for another property and he immediately helped me get switched to another one he had available. He responded quickly with any questions. The house was cute and had literally everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back and book with them at any of their properties! ”

“Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded.”

“We met in Thomasville for the night to shop and eat. Location was perfect to downtown and cottage was so adorable! Even though we had rain and couldn’t use it had an amazing private, cozy backyard area. Couldn’t have been more perfect.”

“Beautiful historic home within walking distance of downtown restaurants and local IGA store. Nonetheless the cottage was fully stocked with all the amenities you need to cook and stay in for a relaxing evening. Very charming and comfortable. Easy work from home location too. ”

“We were spending Christmas with our 90 yr old father, and bringing our dog along. Great accommodations with a fenced back yard - perfect for our pup to explore. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The mattress in the larger bedroom was FANTASTIC! We both slept better than we do at home. Thanks for a lovely holiday.”
