“Restful, relaxing and idyllic setting. Towns nearby reflect “the real Austria”, not touristy. Our room was a bit too warm so we used the fan quite a lot. The pathway up to the restaurant and down to the town needs some work. Wifi was inconsistent. But…the view and feeling of the peace in this place will never be forgotten. ”

Out of everything it was just as it should be!
One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great.”

“Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! ”

"床辱太軟太薄了，手可以摸得到彈簧，訓到腰痛。
浴室花灑熱水水壓不穩定，不是太熱就是太凍。
吹風機吹10秒就過熱停咗，停好耐先再吹得，跟住又停。
Check in 前枱服務員態度懶散，求求其其叫你自己入資料，無服務可言。
最後到Check out，想寄存行李，前枱女服務員Miki 叫我大堂搵位隨便放，佢唔會幫寄存亦唔會負責，但明明佢身後就幾個行李在寄存。
住咗兩晚，價錢亦唔平，感覺實在太差！"
