The house was clean, well equipped, nicely updated, and near several things we wanted to do. Easy 1.5 mile walk to the beach or short drive to antique stores, restaurants. “This is our second time staying at Shorewinds cottage, which probably says enough. The cottage is amazing. It is *extremely* close to the beach. It is also well stocked and kid friendly (our 4 year old daughter loved the place). The food in the area is really good, with a couple of great restaurants and cafes - Union Pier Social, Tapa Tacos, Red Arrow Roadhouse, Whistle Stop Grocery.
