Dune Grass/Sky is an entire duplex. Sleeps 12/ 4 Bedrooms/4 Full baths
EXCELLENT LOCATION! Just a few minutes to the beach/Zoo/Park, 3 minute drive to Blue Chip Casino, 5 minute drive to Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall, 15 minute drive to Indiana Dunes National Park, and about an hour drive to Chicago or a train ride.
This home is a 2 unit duplex , each unit has: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, laundry, and living room.

Property Manager can be reached via the app or text

Quiet, safe, beach neighborhood. No parties or events allowed.

Keypad on front door, access code will be sent just prior to arrival.


Each unit has: 2 bedrooms/2 Full baths
Master has a king bed with a full bathroom
2nd bedroom has 2 full beds with a full bath just outside of room.
Kitchen has all essentials with dining room table and 6 chairs.

The condo's were very nice. The upper one had a lot of tree debris on the deck, that as then tracked into the entire condo. The bottom condo didn't have a dishwasher which was ok, just not ideal with so many people.
