“L'Host ha prima accettato la prenotazione ed il relativo pagamento (dal 14 al 16 agosto) senza rispondere ad email e telefonate circa la posizione della struttura num civico. Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14……

“Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier. Das Haus, die Aussicht (gigantisch!) & vor allem der Pool (ca. 10 x 5m), den wir zur alleinnutzung hatten entspricht den Fotos. Die Küche war, mit allem was man so braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet. Für 2 Personen ist ausreichend Platz.Besonders schön war der Bereich vor dem Haus mit Tisch & Stühlen und ebenfalls einer tollen Aussicht. In der Nähe befindet sich kleines Dorf mit Lebensmittelladrn & Bar. 10 km entfernt befindet sich ein kleines……

“Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger.”

“Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtetem Haus. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. An den abenteuerlichen Weg zum Haus hatten wir uns schnell gewöhnt, auch ein kleiner Fußmarsch (ca 35 Minuten) in die Bar im Ort ist möglich und lohnt sich. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, die Küche verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien, sogar das Gewürzregal war gefüllt. Wir……

“Das Haus war wunderschön, die Kommunikation war schnell, es liegt in einem Dorf, man muss also den Einkauf im Voraus planen, aber wir hatten eine schöne Zeit als Familie. Wir empfehlen es denen, die als Familie kommen.”

“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. “The loft was lovely and spacious. The internal arched brick design was architecturally beautiful. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay”

“Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Haushalt ist super ausgestattet, egal ob Geschirr, Küchen- oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch hier wurden durch die Gastgeber Auflagen, Badetücher und sogar Sonnencreme zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns noch nie so willkommen gefühlt wie hier. Die……

“We stayed at Casa Spartaco for almost a month. This is a fantastic place for both short term and long term stays, and if you WFH It is well equipped as well. The house is extremely well equipped, big tvs everywhere, blazing fast internet. Pots, pans, everything you might need to cook. The owners did things right, invested on the property so those that stay feel very comfortable at home. “My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road.
