“This is a gorgeous little property. We met Diane as we arrived, she was so lovely and accommodating (nice little touch was the biscuits and doggy treats. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable, the kitchen/living area was small but well equipped (no cooking on holiday!). We will certainly go back to The Bothy next time we are in the area.”

“Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business. Food options were limited when we arrived, particularly for our two fussy children, so we did eat elsewhere that night, but the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good,……

“Very pretty and had all we needed for self catering. Maybe a baking sheet, smaller saucepan and a baking dish would have been useful - not a big deal!Lovely to be next to the beck, loads of birds to watch and interesting places to visit.Drive from The Tan Inn to Hawes not for the faint hearted, narrow and very steep.Noticed a funny mark in the oven which I couldn't clean so emailed the office and someone came the next day to clean it - excellent.
