--- HOLIDAY HOME WITH AMAZING SUNSETS ---
A 'real' holiday home. It is an often used sticker for the yellow [ed., now brown!) cottage by Bro Strand. Because no, the house from 1971 is not new and smart and funkis. But the 71 m2 is well kept, in a cozy and classic style. The beach is a 2 minute stroll away, the bathroom is newly refurbished and the living room comes with the world's coziest Morsø wood stove :-)
The decor for a maximum of 8 people is good, and with 3 cozy bedrooms there is often room for 2-3 families under one roof. Sleeps: 1x double bed (2), 1xfamily bunk (3 - under facilities this is registered as a bunk bed and 1 single bed), 1x single bed (1) 1x bunk bed (2).
The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with underfloor heating, shower and heated towel rail. Fine and well-functioning kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven etc. The living room has a dining area, sofa group and TV with chromecast. Of course there is wifi in the house as well.
The outdoor area offers wooden terraces to the southeast and to the southwest. On the main terrace to the southwest there is a nice view of Båring Vig - the Little Belt Bridge and Fredericia are also visible on a clear day, in the distance. The large plot borders a meadow area, on which the small path goes down to the water, a 'walk' that is completed in about 1 minute :-). Another small terrace is located behind the pavilion at the bottom of the garden. From here you can enjoy some of Denmark's most beautiful sunsets!
A walk along the coast past Sct. Knudsborg (and on towards Bro? or Bogense?) is recommended, and the trip the opposite way to the ice house along cozy path systems is always a winner. Football pitch, petanque courts, beach volleyball and playgrounds are within 200 m of the house. Many board games for free and responsible use are found in the house.
Not for rent to youth groups.
