“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……

“我三年前有來住過這個飯店感覺很不錯，很乾淨也很大，所以這一次推薦了三間房間的朋友來住，想不到他們的乾淨程度退步很多， 房間也給我們跟去年比更貴但是卻是更差更低樓層，而且很吵的房間，跟去年的落差實在太大有非常大的落差，很失望，而且我們三個房間都有嚴重的漏水，把行李都弄濕了，跟主管反應有沒有用”

“Very comfortable and clean. Very suitable for vacation, even included entertainment for kids like PS5, board games, foostable. Buffet breakfast and dinner also adequate of varieties. Staff are excellent, very polite and helpful.”
