Welcome to Hope's Haven, Sunrise Lakefront Retreat!
Our bathroom and 6 person HOT TUB are both brand NEW & sparkling. The year-round panoramic views from our house are breathtaking! Hope's Haven is designed for you to enjoy the view, in privacy, while relaxing indoors and out. Waking up to watch the sun rise over the misty lake is magical. We are positioned for optimal sunrise views from the deck, lanai, living room and even from the master bedroom! After a blissful day enjoy cotton candy skies at sunset followed by sensational star-gazing at night.
No detail has been overlooked in our home's decor & included leisure activities!
We provide you with three kayaks, a stand up paddle board, a canoe, tubes, adult life preservers and noodles. A basketball hoop, Solo fire pit, Weber gas grill (did we say hot tub?) round out the seasonal outdoor fun. The loons provide the soundtrack with their majestic calls!
Indoors we've stocked lots of games, Barbies and a HUGE movie collection for you to use on cool or rainy days. Gathering in the three season lanai to play a game, or soak up the scenery, is such a treat in autumn and spring.
Some days we don't like to leave the gorgeous lake views! When we do there are so many nearby activities. Hiking, leaf peeping, skiing, great restaurants in local scenic towns, vineyards & breweries, biking, antiquing, mini-golf and arcades are some of our favorites!
Winter here is so very peaceful. You can snowshoe, ice skate, or cross-country ski right on Sunrise Lake (or enjoy watching the picturesque view of others enjoying winter sports!) The lake is also part of a large network of snowmobile trails. For skiers, Gunstock Mountain is 30 minutes away. Curling up with a book and a cup of cocoa gazing at the frozen lake is so calming. Plus you can rest easy that the house is hooked to an automatic generator, if a big storm should blow through.
We are 20 minutes from bustling Lake Winnipesaukee, Alton Bay and Wolfeboro, 30 minutes from Portsmouth, and Gunstock Mountain, and 60 minutes from North Conway and White Mountain National Park.
