Cozy, newly renovated , fully furnished, 2nd and 3rd floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. This comfortable cozy apartment is designed to be your home away from home. It is conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer on the main floor. Fully furnished kitchen for all your cooking needs. There is a comfortable living room with a smart TV.
(Bus stop is a few houses down the road)
This is located in a residential neighborhood. There are several stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The space
The main door opens into the kitchen with the laundry closet behind the door. The bathroom is off of the kitchen. Next would be the dinning and living room. Up a flight of steps you will find the two bedrooms.
Other things to note
This is a second floor and 3rd floor apartment,
so there are a decent amount of steps.
