“There were multiple issues with this unit mainly pertaining to our access. There were multiple issues with the vacasa key pad and the code not working. When we arrived, the code was improperly regenerated and we were not able to access the house for more than 30 minutes. We were then given a temporary code (although not told it was temporary) and able to get in. On the second night we were also unable to get in to the house. We called again and were told that the new code we had been given had……

“We had a very nice stay, the place is cozy and charming, exceptionally clean, easy to access, and had all the amenities we could've expected for a weekend away. It's comfortable and clearly cared for, and the kitchen is stocked with tools. Neighborhood is lovely and within easy commute to several ski areas. The property is very beautiful as well, though based on the photos and description we were expecting a more secluded siting. The unit is the second floor of a detached garage, located 20-30……

“It was the best place and near all we ask for. the contraction was not quiet.”

“TV remote did not work, so no tv for 3 days. The solution was to give me new batteries which did not work. Maintenance was performed in the kitchen and was not cleaned up. Shards of wood all over everything in the kitchen. Balcony door does not lock properly. Kitchen dishes and pots and pans (the few that were there) were dirty. ”

“The unit was exactly as advertised. Slept 4 adults and 3 children comfortably. Killington is very close and Pico is about a 15 minute ride. Would stay again. Thank you.”

“We took a Spring snowboard up to Killington from Pennsylvania and had the joy of staying at Wades World. Coming off of our 6 hour drive to a home that was exactly as described was a huge relief. The check in process was as smooth as the spring snow we were carving on. The hosts were extremely responsive to my inquiries and very accommodating to my requests. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

“This home is located perfectly very near all the shops and restaurants in Manchester. The unit is very quiet and there are no shared walls with others. The unit is extremely clean and well stocked with amenities like shampoo and body wash as well as kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee and condiments. Would definitely book again if in the area.”
