“地處偏遠山區，非常寧靜，黃昏景色很美，常有小動物出沒，很可愛啊！房間清潔寬大，惟獨洗衣乾衣機在接待處較遠不方便，必須自備食物及調味品。是次房間吹風筒及熱水壺都壞了，接待人員熱心友善，可即時解決問題！”

“The cottage is perfectly located in from of the lake, from the room balcony, I can easily see the wild animals around. Room is perfectly furnished and clean. I wish I could have a chance to try the fine dining but it was fully occupied by Group tour. I would suggest the hotel reserve certain tables for other hotel guests. The only thing that I feel disappointed is about the check in experience at reception. It took more than 20 minutes to identify my booking while I am the only client to……

“We booked one night in the lodge. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and our room and the communal areas (kitchen and bathrooms) were very clean and presentable. The lodge is right right next to the restaurant and Altho we did not eat there, the food smelt delicious.”

“Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. Rooms are hot, stuffy and poorly ventilated- would have been helpful to have that piece on information on……
