“The hotel staff were superb! However, the Writers Room (restaurant) staff were horrible. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were excellent, but they were having a bad night (long waits for service, food was late, cold, sent back, and still not right). Also, Lloyd’s (bar) were training new bartenders every night we were there, and the drinks were occasionally good but mostly horrible.
