“We had a great time! The house was beautiful and had literally everything we could need. Great spot for fishing and catching crabs. Everything from the pool, to the stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, to the games, the fire pit, grill area... was all great! Comfy beds, very tastefully decorated, and every little detail thought of. We had fathers day and two birthdays this week and a great time was had. The one issue that arose (no fault of the owner or us) was addressed and……

“Great house, nice updates, furniture was good - beds were comfortable! New appliances were a nice touch! Kitchen was nicely updated and stocked well ( lots of extras) fenced in back yard was good for dogs - nice and quiet neighborhood. ( my only complaint would be the outside of the house could use a power wash and the transition on the floors needs to be completed). Would definitely stay again! AC works well - very comfortable! Had a great time! ”

“I recommend a book in the house letting us know how things work. There is a projection TV in living room, was not sure how to operate it. We figured it out by putting our own fire stick. The backyard heater and propane pit in the back did not come with propane and the nights were chilly it would have been a perfect touch, we sent message but never got a response. There were bottles of wine on the wall and there were no directions about how much it would cost, we had to contact owner/host and was……

“I wouldn't let my dog sleep in a home managed by Patriot Family Homes. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Upon arrival it was evident that the listing for the property I rented was intentionally misleading. It showed multiple photos of another property maintained by the company, it the one I was renting. Entering the house immediately smelled of mold and the first thing you see if the window AC unit was disgusting. There was an obvious leak in the house that the owners or company……
