“Great stay. House is really nice and very clean. Hosts were great communicators and dropped off some goodies to welcome us. Would certainly stay again if in Greeneville again. Highly recommend.”

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, both cooking and serving utensils, regular dishes and glasses as well as the paper plates and plastic cups. There are hand soaps at all of the sinks and even dishwasher pucks. Paper towels and toilet paper is also provided. There is also laundry……

“The house was small but comfortable and clean. Updated kitchen and floors. Beds were not comfortable and small. The driveway is limited to having you either back in from the road or back out onto a busy 2 lane road with limited view because of bushes. That being said it was fine for us. The owner did allow us drive onto his grass so we could back into the drive safely. However I would not say this is a pet friendly property. The fencing is not dog proof and the house sits very close to the……

“Exceeded our expectations! Host is excellent at communicating, houseboat is beautiful inside and out. Bed and couches are very comfortable for sleeping! Thankful for a fan available in the bedroom. Our favorite was sitting on the back deck and even a fishing pole available to cast. ”
