The Space:
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the "Balticus" building and can accommodate 4 people. The space of the apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The biggest distinction is a balcony with balcony furniture, where you can admire the wonderful view of the sea with your morning coffee. The apartment is distinguished by modern design, aesthetics and functionality. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed and TV, it is a perfect place to rest and relax, additionally, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. Pleasant design and comprehensive equipment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. The apartment has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. Parents traveling with a child will also find a cot and a high chair for their child.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of Międzyzdroje in the Promenada Gwiazd 14 Street, in the new 'Balticus' investment. The building is equipped with an elevator, and there is a passage with restaurants and shops on the premises.
You cannot imagine a better location for your stay in Międzyzdroje! The facility is located right next to the beach and the biggest attractions of Międzyzdroje - a promenade and a pier. Here you can fully enjoy the charms of the city, great restaurants and retail and service points.

The area is very well connected to other parts of the city and offers convenient access to the center.

Kleine Wohnung zentral mit Meerblick

Hübsch eingerichtete, zweckmäßige Wohnung, direkt an der Promenade. Im Winter super, könnte in der Hauptsaison etwas laut sein. Seitlicher Meerblick vom Sofa u. Balkon. Tolles Bad.
