"I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk ..."

"Hyggelig udsigt, perfekt beliggenhed til centrum Sengen var gået i stykker. Problemer med indtjekning, stedet havde glemt at sende kode til hotellet, prøvede at kontakte dem flere gange , men de lagde på midt i samtalen , måtte ringe op 3 gange."

"Upon arrival the owner was on hand to help us with checking in and showed us straight to our lodge. The facilities are of the highest quality and you feel right at home straight away.
