“We ended up leaving the property. Upon arriving, the house was extremely hot. The listing stated AC but a note on the thermostat said Do Not Use. The room AC's in the MBR cord was cut. There were no screens on the doors and the window screens were dirty. The rest of the house was very clean, except the kitchen sink which needs replacing. “This large house is nicely furnished and decorated. We enjoyed having the option of sitting on the covered patio or the elevated open-air deck. The views of the lake were incredible, with amazing sunrises and so many brights stars at night. The location is perfect! The area is quiet and only a short drive to shopping and restaurants. “Overall the house was very cute! There were a couple of issues though. There was only a/c in the living room. There was also a leak in the living room ceiling. However the owners were kind in refunding one days rent because of this. The response time on email was not great and the floors were dirty to the point that our socks were black and we were wearing flip flops in the house.
