“We stayed at this location for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and honestly this was the best we have been to.The property itself is beautiful…extremely high quality inside & outside, and every little detail was thought through. The night lights on the stairs were such a nice touch, there was even a clock projected on the ceiling. Tons of games to keep us busy too…croquet, pool table, bean bag toss, darts. Kayaks were ready to go along with lots of life jackets which made it super easy to enjoy……

Enjoyed being able to sit outside (90 degrees was a little odd for October) and enjoy the view of Mille Lacs Lake.The only draw back was that the Izatys Resort was closed. Golf shut-down for the season, even though fall is the perfect time is golf! Restaurant/Bar was closed for the season, no Resort amenities available. “We had a wonderful long weekend at this clean and cozy cabin. The location was ideal—just the right distance from the metro area.
