Room is big but very old, many bugs and mosquitoes. Shared bathroom is clean but needa wait for it especially in the morning. The night staff is very nice. There is a cat adopted by the staff which run into our room and cause allergies on us. This is not stated before and seriously disturbed our stay there. Be aware of did you pay for the ac, even you paid for it you still have to ask for the remote control.
The location is closed to Milan Centrale station, abt 7-8 mins walking distance.
Very good location. A little bit expensive concerning about the service.

Unrecommended!!!
Although we booked this Guesthouse on Hotels.com, we didn't stay there. We arrived at this Guesthouse at 8 PM. We weren't informed that we had to stay at another Guesthouse until we arrived at the reception. The staff of Guest House Pirelli was impolite and unfriendly. He said that he'd sent a email(on the same day we were supposed to stay at the Guesthouse) to inform me that my room was reorganized to another Guesthouse, BUT I actually didn't receive the email. It was really unreasonable that I booked a room at Guest House Pirelli and payed but he told me to stay at another Guest House on our arrival.

The staff we met the first day was horrible. We came early 11am to the property as our flight reached early, we had written to the property earlier for early check in on whicb they said it can be done at 1pm. The guy at reception refused to listen to us and kept saying 2pm, 2pm only. Then we asked him to keep our luggage, as soon as he took it he asked us to leave. We were with two small and coming from long trip so we asked him if we could stay for 5 to 10mins in the lobby, he was arrogant and repeatedly started saying leave now, not even 2 mins. As we came from outside of country so my wife was only looking at wifi so that we can go to nearby places, this guy even refused us wifi access which was apparently free and said this can only be used once you check in.
I believe hotels should never put their worst staff at the reception who have no courtesy on how to talk with guests expecially with families with small kids.
Personal amable, habitación amplia y muy limpia. Zonas comunes aseadas, se hace cómodo compartir el servicio.
Se respetan las horas de silencio por la noche pero hay mucho ruido por la zona.
Si volviera a Milán me volvería a alojar, buena relación calidad precio
Majoitus on keskeisellä sijainnilla ja huone sekä yleiset tilat ovat siistejä. Palvelu toimii. Miinusta äänieristyksestä, kaikki kuuluu ulkoa ja viereisistä huonesta.
