This is not a hotel, nice people may work there but you cannot find anyone at the reception when you need them! No phones in the room! There is a phone number provided at reception desk and you have to pay international fees to call and you may not get any appropriate response. Disappointing communication system and service. They told me they have shuttle service snd they denied it when I asked for it. You will be on your own if any problem occurs. You get even locked in bc this place is located on 2nd floor in a plaza with iron gates which get locked at night and no-one answers the doorbell assigned to this hotel! Even communication with them through expedia takes time! Seems the staff have no idea about the condition of taxi and uber transportation in this city, they provided me wrong info. So disappointed. I hope it get removed from Expedia hotel list

Fehler oder Abzocke?
Das Hotel an sich war in Ordnung. An der Rezeption wollte man uns jedoch 60 € mehr für das Zimmer berechnen, weil wir zu zweit waren, obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer mit der Angabe “2 Erwachsene” gebucht hatten. Als wir ihnen die Buchungsbestätigung zeigten, aus der hervorging, dass wir das Zimmer zur benutzung als Paar gebucht hatten, sagten sie, dies sei ein Fehler und der Standardtarif sei für zwei Personen höher. Wir erwiderten, dass das nicht unser Problem sei und sie das mit Hotels.com klären müssten. Andernfalls würden wir ein anderes Hotel in Mailand buchen müssen. Daraufhin liessen sie schliesslich nach. Obwohl wir angaben, dass wir gegen 11:00 Uhr einchecken würden, und sogar erst um 12:00 Uhr dort waren, waren die Zimmer immer noch nicht bereit. Der Rezeptionist selbst ging noch vor unseren Augen ins Zimmer, um es zu staubsaugen und fertigzustellen. Trotz dieses Erlebnisses hatten wir letztendlich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

We appreciated our stay here. Be aware that the entry to the hotel is inside a gallery. Parking is also blocks away. Staff was great!

A bit hard to find the entrance because the signage on the outside of the building is not adequate. Location is wonderful though. Close to Duomo, shopping, transportation and restaurants. The room was fine, no frills, and the a/c worked great.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, aunque es pequeñito está muy bonito. En general me parece muy buena opcion. Solamente comentar que pedi cuna para bebe y si me pusieron la cuna pero no tenía colchon, pedí un par de sabanas extras o duvet para ponerlas de colchon y no me las llevaron.

Overall I really liked the location of the hotel , good air conditioning in the hotel but it is a little bit hard to find , as it’s on the second floor , be aware that the deposit doesn’t come out straight away comes out of your account when you pay in full on the day of arrival. The bathroom was okay , a little bit dirty looking due to black hardware , and we did have cigarettes butts on our balcony , from the previous people who stayed there. On arrival , card machine did not work , and it’s better to ask for a link to pay through. There’s free WiFi , access key to the main gate and inside door , also elevator access and a hairdryer in the room , the room size is decent , a 5 minute walk from the Duomo and loads of places for breakfast , lunch and dinner. The staff are kind and welcoming. It’s a decent hotel for a couple night stay. The hotel offers transfer however when we booked ours it did not arrive so definitely have taxi numbers saved and ready to go just in case , and the hotel only books the transfer for you and you pay the driver on the day apparently but ours did not come.

Very nice and clean but hard to find.
This is a great little boutique hotel, but a little hard to find. It is basically one floor of a commercial center that was turned into very nice and clean hotel rooms. One negative, they claimed to have laundry, facilities, and service. But they have neither. At best, they give you a phone number to a place about a half a mile away that you can drop your laundry off at.
