Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep.

Great apartment. Easy check-in and great communication regarding access codes etc. Good location being near to a tram stop and metro station. Luggage storage lockers were good to store bags after check-out. The facilities were good and the place was very clean!

Stayed for 12 days so a little disappointed that clean towels and bed sheets were only offered once, and that had to be requested, unless we paid more. Otherwise a very good place to stay. Facilities were good, bed very comfy, balcony great for dining, and area very good for shopping, local restaurants, and easy access to transport.

This property was well situated in Milan. The Porto Romano metro station was less than a 10-minute walk away, and walking around was also quick and easy. The staff there were very good and also knowledgeable with suggestions on where first-time travellers to Italy should explore.

Overall great experience, hotel was very nice and spacious, front desk was helpful and kind. We were able to uber around to Duomo in about 13 mins, and everywhere else is walkable.

A good sized room with a handy private balcony as a great addition. Great cooking and kitchen facilities. Generally clean other than shower drain which was black. Friendly, helpful staff. Just an issue with the Expedia booking and having to prove that I had paid with my credit card statement. Expedia -please address this as it slowed down my check in.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. It was also good to have organic supermarket near by. The hotel is very stingy about toilet paper. Whenever asked for a refill, we were given a roll that was more than halfway used and even the original role that had been placed in our room was close to being done. It was annoying to have to keep going downstairs requesting for a new role, only to be provided with a used role that’s more than halfway used.

Very bad experience - don't go

1. Extra Charges for towels I stayed at Sonder Atelier for five nights and it was the worst lodging experience. Upon check-in, I was given four towels, and when I asked for fresh ones during my stay, I was charged an additional €5. Even requesting room cleaning incurs an extra charge of €20–30. (There was no discounts at all for 5 nights stay.) I cannot understand why I was charged extra during a five-night stay when a one-night stay includes the same amenities—a clean room and towels—without extra cost. None of these charges were clearly mentioned on the booking page, and a staff member even played word games when I questioned this. I honestly find this borderline fraudulent. 2. Luggage Storage Impossible Luggage storage is nearly impossible. There is no staff consistently present at reception, so guests are forced to use a coin locker system. After checking out at 8:00 AM, I went to store my luggage but found that all lockers were already occupied. I had to wait around until a staff member finally showed up, and this delay disrupted my travel plans. 3. Poor Gym Maintenance The gym was extremely disappointing. It was dusty and clearly not maintained properly. It looked nothing like the photos on the website. 4. Unreliable Communication All communication should be done through the Sonder app. Responding staff member keeps changing, so the answers are inconsistent and confusing. It’s frustrating and inefficient, especially you’re trying to resolve a problem.

The hotel was perfect! It is like almost 30 minutes walking distance to Duomo Milan which I loved because it gives me the chance to walk all around the city. The place was very clean, many restaurants options around! The area was safe and quite! There is a market close to it in case you want to make some grocery shopping! I loved the stay! Well recommended

Lovely hotel in Milan

This hotel was nice and in a good location! A great stay overall. I would recommend others to read the emails sent in advance in regards to check in details which is done online and details are shared on how to access the building and your room. This can catch you out if arriving out of hours if there is no one on the desk to help!
