“some maintenance is required at the property. There is no on-site management. our studio had a broken blind, the fridge freezer was iced up. One of the power points was faulty. The property would be 4 star if these minor items had not lowered the rating. Its a beautiful location and the studio was well appointed ”

“This was the perfect venue for Anzac weekend for a group of family and friends. Peaceful part of the river, away from the incessant jetskis, but still close enough to Mannum to duck into town for top-up supplies when required.Our dog loved running around the safely fenced front and back yards and enjoyed the weekend as much as we did! We made good use of the decked balcony to sit and while away lazy hours over shared food, conversation, and board games. Two kayaks provided a reason to get out……

“Although the property is a bit dated it was very clean and comfortable. It was very expensive for the room but we stayed in a busy weekend so to be expected”

“Host Donna is welcoming and friendly, answering my questions and leaving us a bottle of filtered water in the fridge, as it was a hot day when we arrived.The cottage grounds are gorgeous, flowers and trees making the rural feel oh so special. The beds are comfy, there is a kitchenette with enough appliances to keep oneself fed, plus a clean bathroom.Best of all - it's dog friendliness. Our dogs were comfortable and happy, which is the most important thing to us :)”

“We had a lovely stay. House was beautiful and spacious and had a ton of stuff for the kids to play with or read. Grassy area was perfect for cricket or kicking a football and there was a large property to explore. Cosy indoor wood burner capped it off. Thoroughly recommend to others.”
