“We traveled for a work conference.So the proximity to the convention center was ideal. The condo has the barest of essentials and the beds were semi comfortable.No lights worked in one of the bedrooms due to bulbs being burned out and a lamp not in good shape but we were able to make do by moving a lamp from the second bedroom.The host was responsive when we reached out for help adjusting the heat in the steam heated building.The key fobs to enter the building did not work.However the code that……

“Very close to live music spots and great restaurants. Quick walk down to the pier, pike place and arenas. Would come back again. ”

“Payton was a perfect host - communicative and attentive. The basement flat is just as advertised. The bed is comfy and the Nespresso is a treat! The neighborhood is quaint and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the arboretum and The Canal. If your visit includes a Sunday, the Ballard Market is a must! Because it is a basement flat, there is some overhead noise and parking is first come, but we didn’t have any problems.”

“This apartment is lovely and well appointed. I cooked in the kitchen, which is saying a LOT! The location is amazing because you can walk to just about anything. The reserved parking space is great. We felt very safe, it was nice and quiet (most of the time), and I would absolutely go back!!! It was hard to leave. ”

Also the fireplace advertised in posting was not functional. When we messaged the host, she ignored the messages and didn’t acknowledge either one. Point is, if the balcony and fireplace aren’t available please don’t advertise them - or at least make your guests aware when booking so they aren’t disappointed to find out later. Other than……
