“We stayed in the Retro unit last year when my son graduated from Penn State and had a great experience so this year we opted to stay in his “stylish getaway” unit and we liked it even more than the retro unit! the apartment is spacious, charming, comfortable, nicely decorated and stocked with snacks and a nice coffee bar setup. “We stayed here to spend the Easter weekend with two of our sons who attend Penn State. The apartment has TONS of room - two bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, plus a bonus coffee nook with separate sitting area. “This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. “House was great! Lots of room...kitchen was nicely appointed...bedrooms are spacious. Can't wait for the theater room to be completed along with the golf simulator! Only gripe was that we confirmed firewood for the firepit, but that wasn't actually supplied. So we ended up buying and ferreting our own. Great house though! ”

“Very nice little place. Clean. The only trouble we ran into was that the "futons" are more like small "cots". My son and I visited the area to fish local streams. he is 25. I had the double bed. he was not comfortable in the small cot.Other wise, it was good. He didn't sleep well and it at least let me keep up with him for the weekend on the streams.”
